The beds and pillows were clean comfortable. The staff, especially Susan at the front desk, made the check-in process easier for us. Proximity to the ballpark is a huge plus, we enjoyed the convenience of parking close to the entrance. I appreciated the clean bathroom as well, which made our stay more enjoyable.

The delay in check-in left us a bit frustrated.
